VIP Guest Report / a.k.a "Preferred Guest Report" / a.k.a "Referral Guest Report"
Want to know who you are receiving the best leads from? Run the Preferred Guest / aka Referral report. The name of the report depends on how your club names leads obtained from members. Select one or all employees in the drop down, and you will see all members assigned to that employee, and what kinds of referrals they are bringing to the club. The report will show names of highest referring Clients first! (Click here for steps on how to access, filter, and schedule this report.)

Columns generated in this report contain. Remember Preferred Guests are also known as Referrals depending on your club.
- Location - location of club.
- Member - name of member at club.
- Email - email of member.
- Total - total referrals (prospects) the member has brought to the club.
- Total Leads - how many of these referrals have become Leads (been contacted but not seen the facility yet).

Total Members - how many of these referrals have become members.
- Active Guests - How many of these referrals now have active passes (leads that have visited the club).
- Exp Guests - how many of referrals now have expired trials (tried the facility but not purchased and their trial Ome have expired).
- PT Members - how many of these referrals have now become members with PT.
