Calendar event change notifications

When making changes to a calendar event in the Club OS application, an email will be sent to the event owner notifying them of the change if these conditions are met:

  • The person making the change is different than the event owner.
  • The attendee's status is changed to one of the following statuses:
    • Cancel - No Charge
    • Cancel - Charge
    • Rescheduled
  • The change is made within 36 hours of the event start time.

Here is what the notification email looks like:

  • Subject: [Event Name] status has changed to [Status]. 
  • Body:
This message is to notify you that the status of your [Event Name] on [date and time] has changed to [Status]. This change was made by [Name].

Event attendee(s):
[Name(s) of attendees on the event]
