When making changes to a calendar event in the Club OS application, an email will be sent to the event owner notifying them of the change if these conditions are met:
- The person making the change is different than the event owner.
- The attendee's status is changed to one of the following statuses:
- Cancel - No Charge
- Cancel - Charge
- Rescheduled
- The change is made within 36 hours of the event start time.
