My Performance

The My Performance dashboard is a great way to get an overview of your performance. It allows you to compare and assess your results over a selected date range using a variety of metrics.

Locate the My Performance dashboard under Dashboard → My Performance.

The dashboard includes filters for employee as well as date. The employee filter may only include the logged in users name or multiple other employees names depending on your access.

  • Contacts: The total number of contacts (scheduled follow-ups and direct contacts) made by the selected employee during the selected date range, grouped by the method used to contact (text/email/call).
  • Appointments Made: The number of appointments that were created during the selected date range by the selected employee.
  • Appointments Booked: The number of scheduled appointments that occurred during the selected date range with the selected employee.
  • Appointments Show: The number of scheduled appointments that occurred during the selected date range with a status of completed. 
  • Appointments Closed: The number of scheduled appointments that occurred during the selected date range that resulted in a membership purchase. Excludes web sign ups.
  • Unscheduled Visits: The number of unscheduled visit events that occurred during the selected date range.
  • Unscheduled Visits Closed: The number of unscheduled visit events that occurred during the selected date range that resulted in a membership purchase. Excludes web sign ups.
  • Memberships: The total number of new memberships sold by the selected employee during the date range. Includes both event closes as well as web sign ups. 
  • Orientations Made: The total number of orientation events created in the date range by the selected employee. 

Memberships Closed: The total number of new memberships sold by the selected employee during the date range reported by day and grouped by membership type.  Includes web sign ups.

 

Completed Follow-Ups: The total number of contacts (scheduled follow-ups and direct contacts) made by the selected employee during the selected date range, reported by date and grouped by the method used to contact (text/email/call).
