ASF (MMS)

General Bug Fixes & Improvements 

  • MyClubBusiness club switcher now includes club display name in addition to client ID. You can choose to display name only using the setting available in Client Preferences > Global. 
  • To support daily returns processing, we have updated Member Management to remove all references to processing returns on Tuesdays.  
  • Made enhancements to the final agreement page in Online Join to support purchases being more easily trackable in Google Analytics. 
  • Profile pictures added to staff profiles in ASF will now sync to Club OS. 
  • Agreement updates no longer cause unexpected follow-up reassignments in ClubOS. 

Mobile App 

Addressed an issue that was causing an ‘invoice could not be found’ error in the MyClubAccess mobile app when attempting to pay past dues.
Addressed an issue where the point of sale was showing some data incorrectly for purchases that were made via posPurchase ASF API v2 endpoint.  

Invoice Based Billing 

The legacy “Multiple Account Changes” page has been disabled for clubs live on invoice-based billing. For all clubs, transferring members between locations can now be completed via Settings > Setup My ASF using the new “Club Transfers” link.

API Updates 

A new endpoint is now available to support posting dues credits to member accounts via ASF API v2. 
A new endpoint is now available for retrieving club employee details via ASF API v2. 
The GET Addons API now supports filtering date by last updated date. 

 

ClubOS (CRM)

Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • To assist employees who schedule events for Prospects/Members in different time zones, when creating an event from the Follow-Up window, the Prospect/Member's time zone will be displayed, and the event will be created for the specified time in the Prospect/Member's time zone. The Calendar will continue to display events in the logged in user's time zone.  
  • Scheduling a calendar event will now display appropriate Daylight/Standard Time labels.
  • Manual referral additions now work correctly, even when guest pass information is incomplete.
  • Addressed an intermittent issue that was preventing the integration cache from being consistently cleared when a user’s external ID is removed.
  • Fixed an issue where invoice processing was taking longer than expected. 

ClubOS ONE 

Bug Fixes & Improvements 

  • The Follow-up action button in user search is now presented as an intuitive button when viewing search results.
  • Addressed an issue that was preventing the search bar from being displayed correctly when completing a member merge in the new look & feel.
  • Addressed a setup issue that was preventing the POS button from displaying correctly for new customers using Club OS ONE.
