Accessing the Huzzard <> ClubOS eCommerce Store

Overview

The ClubOS eCommerce store, powered by Huzzard Data Systems, is where you can purchase hardware and services for your ClubOS setup — including door access control kits, scanners, accessories, and available services. To get started, you'll need to create a free account on the Huzzard platform using your ClubOS registration key.

⚠️ Known Issue: Dark Mode There is a known issue with dark mode on the eCommerce pages that can cause some text to appear invisible. It is recommended to disable dark mode in your browser before using the eCommerce store.

Step 1: Create Your ClubOS eCommerce Account

  1. Open your preferred browser and navigate to the Huzzard eCommerce page: http://huzzard.com/shop
  2. On the login screen, select Create an Account.

  1. Fill in the following information:
    • Email Address — use a valid email address you have access to
    • Password — must meet the on-screen password requirements
    • Password Confirmation — re-enter your password to confirm
    • ClubOS Registration Key — enter Clubosacs
  2. Select Register to create the account.
  3. You will be returned to the login screen. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you provided.

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

  1. On the login screen, enter the Email and Password you just created.
  2. Select Log In. You will be taken to your account dashboard.

Your Account Dashboard

Once logged in, your account dashboard gives you access to the following sections:

  • Orders — view current and past orders you've placed
  • Downloads — access any downloadable items associated with your account
  • Addresses — add or manage billing and shipping addresses
  • Payment Methods — save or update payment methods for future purchases
  • Account Details — update your first and last name, display name, email address, or password

Step 3: Navigate to the ClubOS Store

From your account page, you can reach the ClubOS eCommerce store in one of two ways:

  • Click the Huzzard Data Systems logo/banner at the top of the page, or
  • Select Welcome [your username] in the top navigation, then choose ClubOS from the dropdown menu
     

You will be taken to the ClubOS Online Store home page.


Step 4: Browse Products

All available products are listed on the store home page, below the Shop by Category section. Select a category to browse specific items:

  • Door Access Control — full kits and individual components for ClubOS door access control systems
  • Scanners — ClubOS scanner configurations
  • Accessories — add-on components for scanners and door access control hardware
  • Services — available ClubOS services, including options to transfer existing equipment to ClubOS

 

EntrySentry Customers

If you are using EntrySentry and require a scanner, select from the following devices: 

  • CLOS-IND-KIT 400
  • CLOS-OUT-KIT 400

Depending on your door system and the distance between your door and your computer, you may need an extender. If you require assistance understanding which option/s to purchase, use the contact option on the portal to contact Huzzard directly.

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a special code to create an account? Yes. When registering, you'll be asked for a ClubOS Registration Key. Enter Clubosacs in that field.

I created my account but some text on the page is invisible — what do I do? This is a known display issue related to dark mode. Go to your browser settings and disable dark mode, then reload the page. The text should be fully visible.

Can I manage my billing address and payment info after registering? Yes. Once logged in, navigate to your account dashboard where you can add or update your address and payment methods at any time.

What types of products are available in the store? The store carries door access control kits and components, scanner configurations, accessories, and service offerings — everything needed to set up or expand your ClubOS hardware.

Can I track my orders after placing them? Yes. Log into your account and select Orders from your dashboard to view current and previous orders.
