Creating and Using Programs

Programs are collections of workouts, exercises, and nutrition plans. These are used to collect your custom-made content into full packages that you can then assign to your members to be used as full fitness plans covering everything they will need.

You can navigate to your programs by selecting Programs from the app drawer:

The Programs app has two different tabs:

  • Programs: The Programs tab is where you will find all premade programs as well as any programs you create
  • Compliance: The Compliance tab allows you to track and follow member progress and status through the programs assigned to them

To begin assigning programs to your members, you can either select from any of the premade categories, or you can select Create New Program at the bottom of the page

Give your program a title, then click Create

Programs consist of a collection of weeks. Each week can have any number of assigned workouts, meals, and more. For new programs, you will have a default Week 1 that includes two tasks for Day 1, Update Photo and Update Measurements.

For each week, you can use the Add New button for any day to add new tasks for your members to complete. These tasks will appear in a list beneath each day they are created.

The list of tasks that can be added includes:

  • Add Workout AM: Adds a workout that should be completed in the morning
  • Add Workout PM: Adds a workout that should be completed in the afternoon
  • Add Nutrition: Adds a meal plan that the member should follow for that day
  • Add File:
  • Progress Photo: Members should upload a new progress photo
  • Update Measurements: Members should update their measurement details, such as weight
  • Make Rest Day: Marks the day as a rest day
  • Duplicate this Day: Allows you to copy all tasks for the selected day to another day in the program
  • Make Last Day: Marks the selected day as the final day of the program

New weeks can be added using the Add Week button. This will add a new blank week to the bottom of the program

Each week also comes with a few different actions that can be found in the top right corner of the week. From left to right, these icons are:

  • Assign to Entire Week: This allows you to assign one event to all days of the selected week at once
  • Duplicate: This will duplicate the selected week with all of its created tasks
  • Duplicate to a different template: This allows you to duplicate the selected week to a different program you have created
  • Delete: Deletes the selected week

Weeks can be shifted around by clicking the Sort button, then clicking and dragging the Sort icon for each week to re-position each week. Once they are in the position you need, click Apply Sorting

Once you’ve finalized your program, you can assign it to your members using the Assign to client or Assign to client group (see Setting Up and Managing Groups) found in the options menu

When assigning members, you will also have the option to allow members to choose their own start date.

Program Details

In the Details tab, you will find a few additional options that you may need to adjust:

  • Image: You can add a cover image for the program by using the Edit icon
  • Description: Use this option to add a description to your program
  • Program Settings: Here you will find some program-specific settings:
    • Suggested Morning Workout Time: The time suggested to members to complete morning workouts
    • Suggested Evening Workout Time: The time suggested to members to complete evening workouts
    • Select Next Program?: Select a program to move members to automatically once they finish this program
    • Remove Assignments After Program Ends: Choose if assignments should be removed once the program ends

Once you’ve made your changes, be sure to click Save at the bottom of the screen

Compliance

The Compliance tab of the Programs window is used to track the progress of your members as they work through the programs you have assigned to them. While you are in the Programs section of the app, select Compliance to view your members’ compliance status.

In the Compliance view, you will see a list of all members that you have assigned to different programs. Each member will be listed with their current program, the program duration in days, the number of days completed, the number of days remaining, and the compliance percentage

Selecting one of the members from the list will give you a detailed view of that member’s status. You will see all the same information mentioned above, as well as an option to view weekly data.

This view also comes with a few actions you may take:

  • Send Message: Use this to send a direct message to the member you are viewing

  • Pause Program: This can be used to pause the program for an amount of time you specify. Programs can be paused for either 1, 7, or 14 days, indefinitely, or until a specified date

  • End Program: This can be used to immediately end the program for the selected member

These functions can also be accessed from the Menu found on the member in the main Compliance list

Lastly, you may select the compliance percentage to be taken to the program view
