Members may occasionally be logged out of the mobile app as a standard part of our security and session management process. This can happen for a few reasons, including:
Security Updates – Periodic updates to enhance app security or improve performance may require a fresh login.
App Updates or Device Changes – Installing a new version of the app, switching devices, or updating your phone’s operating system can also trigger a logout.
Connectivity Issues – A weak or unstable internet connection can sometimes interrupt session validation, resulting in a logout.
These logouts are normal and help protect your account. If a member experiences frequent or unexpected logouts, we recommend ensuring their app is up to date, using a reliable internet connection, and restarting the device if needed.
