Clubs can request to have third party code or "trackers" added to Online Join pages via tags that collect data for third parties for various purposes, like helping to provide insight into user behavior or measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives. The tag send information about a user's browsing history to the third party company that is providing the tag to be embedded. To have tags embedded, please contact Client Support with each code snippet to embed on each desired Online Join page - code snippets are provided by the third party.
Online Join pages that support tags:
- Landing Page / All Offers
- Form / Member Information
- Thank You Page / Final Agreement page
Because the URL doesn't change throughout the Online Join process, it is recommended to use three different tags on each of these pages to track user progression. To track conversions, the Thank You page must have a different tag.
