30/60/90 Attendance Retention Report

The 30/60/90 Attendance Retention Report displays the attendance of members within 90 days of their membership sign date. This is available for all clubs.   

Data Selections

  • Club: the report content is limited to the club(s) selected
  • From Date: the report content is limited to accounts with a current membership sign date on or after this date
  • To Date: the report content is limited to accounts with a current membership sign date on or before this date

Data Filters

  • Contract Status: the report content is limited to accounts in a status selected
  • Card Code: the report content is limited to accounts with the selected offer code

Data

Each row of the report represents an account: 

  • Client: the ID of the client where the membership exists
  • Club Name: the display name of the client where the membership exists
  • Salesperson: the salesperson credited for the current membership agreement
  • Account: the number for the member's membership/account
  • Last Name: the membership buyer's (billing contact's) last name
  • First Name: the membership buyer's (billing contact's) first name
  • Email: the membership buyer's (billing contact's) email address
  • Phone: the membership buyer's (billing contact's) phone
  • Status: the status of the membership/agreement
  • Card Code: the offer code of the account
  • Sign Date: the date the current membership agreement was signed or started 
  • Membership Days: the number of days from Sign Date to current date
  • 0-30 Days: the number of check-ins from Sign Date to 30 days after Sign Date, includes reciprocal club check-ins, excludes "problem" check-ins
  • 31-60 Days: the number of check-ins from 31 days after Sign Date to 60 days after Sign Date , includes reciprocal club check-ins, excludes "problem" check-ins
  • 61-90 Days: the number of check-ins from 61 days after Sign Date to 90 days after Sign Date , includes reciprocal club check-ins, excludes "problem" check-ins
  • Last Attend Date: the date and time of the most recent check-in on the account
  • Days Past Due: the number of days the account is past due on payment 

Data Summary

  • Record Count: the count of records returned in the report after filters are applied

Usage Tips

  • Identity potential at risk new members using a date range of the past 30-120 days and viewing trends in the Days columns - members with low and declining engagement are more at risk to churn
