The Access Freeze Detail Report lists all accounts with an access freeze. This is available for clubs on Invoice Based Billing.
Data Selections
- Club: the report content is limited to the club(s) selected
- Date: the date that an access freeze is active on, including historical data
- Pending Freezes Only: the report content is limited to access freezes that are set to begin in the future

Each row of the report represents an access freeze; access freezes canceled prior their scheduled start date are not included
- Club: the ID of the client where the frozen account exists
- Club Name: the display name of the client where the frozen account exists
- Account Number: the account number that had access frozen
- First Name: the buyer’s first name
- Last Name: the buyer’s last name
- Freeze Access Start Date: The freeze access start date
- Freeze Access End Date: The freeze access end date
- Reason: the reason defined for the access freeze
Data Summary
- Record Count: the total count of records in the report after any filtering is applied
