The Belt Tracker Report displays all members with an active agreement by Belt Tracker program. This is available for all clubs using Belt Tracker.   

Data Selections

• Program: the report content is limited to members in the program selected; this is a required single selection
• Event Type: the report content for all event specific data, including 30 Day Classes, Classes Since Promotion, and Last Attended is limited to event types selected

Each row of the report represents a member

• Club: the ID of the client where the membership exists
• Club Name: the name of the club where the membership exists
• Member ID: the ID of the member (account number and member sequence number)
• Member First Name: the member's first name 
• Member Last Name: the member's last name
• Program Name: the name of the Belt Tracker program
• Account Number: the number for the member's membership/account
• Initial Join Date: the start date of the oldest agreement of the member's membership/account
• Rank: the member's current rank in the selected program
• Last Promotion Date: the date of the member's last rank promotion in the selected program 
• Classes Since Promotion: the number of classes the member checked into since the Last Promotion Date; limited by Event Type if selected
• Days Since Promotion: the number of days since the Last Promotion Date 
• 30 Day Classes: the total number of classes the member checked into within the last 30 days (from current date); limited by filters if selected; limited by Event Type if selected; limited by Event Type if selected
• Lifetime Classes: the total number of classes the member checked into since their initial join date
• Last Attended: the date and time of the most recent class the member checked in; limited by Event Type if selected

Data Summary

• Record Count: the count of records returned in the report after filters are applied
