Attrition may be the biggest cause for a decrease in collections. Review the reports in the Attrition Reports section. These reports will be able to give you a detailed view of your club’s attrition. You should look through the Attrition Trend, Cancellations, Expiration List, Frozen Accounts, and Returns reports to see all accounts that may not be contributing to your revenue. Compare these reports to your All Accounts Entered and Active Contracts reports.
