The user (trainer or client) is presented with an easy-to-use table displaying beginning and ending measurements for any date range they specify. (All dates where a measurement has occurred will be listed for one-to-one comparison.) From this screen, full history may be displayed, with an option to export to Excel. Additionally, new measurements are easily added.
