View and respond to all incoming messages from prospects, members and ex-members so that messages are not missed when other staff members are unavailable. This feature is also great for clubs with centralized teams so they can manage communication for the location when needed.

• View messages for other staff member's or for the entire location
• When viewing the messages for a location, any messages from the last 30 days will be displayed. 
• Responding to a message that belongs to someone else will automatically clear the message from the new messages window to prevent multiple employees from responding to the same incoming message. 
• This can be enabled for a staff member by setting the "Access All Inbound Messages" to allow in a user's permission or reach out to your account manager/support@club-os.com to get this enabled for your club.
