How to Delete/Restore Accounts in ClubOS

The ClubOS User Search allows Club Admins to delete or restore users at any time. The Delete/Restore user feature enables staff to both remove and reinstate Member and Prospect accounts. This article explains how to complete each of these actions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only Unrestricted and Restricted Club Admins will be able to delete/restore users.

 

How to Delete Users

Step 1: Apply the User Search filters to select only the profile(s) intended for deletion.

 

Step 2: To delete a Member/Prospect, click on their profile from the User Search (as shown in the picture below).

 

Step 3: Once in the User's profile, navigate to their Account Settings in the top right corner of their profile.

 

Step 4: Once you have located the User's Account Settings, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Delete Account".

 

 

How to Restore Users

Step 1: To restore a Member/Prospect, search for the profile using 'User Search'. Utilize the 'Include Deleted' filter (located in the bottom-left corner of the User Search page) to view deleted profiles.

 

Step 2: Locate their deleted account and select their profile.

 

Step 3: Once in the User's profile, navigate to their Account Settings in the top right corner of their profile.

Step 4: Once you have located the User's Account Settings, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Restore Account".
