Importing Prospects (Lead Upload)

If you have existing prospects that need to be uploaded into Club OS, this can be completed by a Club OS rep. Please open a case with our ClubOS Support Team, and provide an Excel or CSV file with the following required fields and any optional fields (a blank template can be provided upon request). 

NOTE: This should be used during initial onboarding and is not to be used regularly. 

If you find that you need to do this regularly, please reach out to a Club OS representative to determine the best ongoing method for submitting prospects.

Along with the file, please specify:

  1. If these prospects should be assigned for follow-up. The ‘Do not assign Follow-Up’ is recommended for prospects whom you want to send marketing campaigns to, but staff do not need to reach out. 
     
  2. If these prospects need to be pushed to your membership management system. It’s recommended not to push them if they already exist in your membership management system.
