Invalid Mobile Phone Number

In order to reduce the number of text message attempts to an invalid mobile phone number, a prospect/member's mobile phone number will be marked as 'invalid' after Club OS receives a 30006 error from a failed delivery. A 30006 error indicates the phone number is a landline or Unreachable Carrier. Once the mobile phone has been marked as invalid, a lead note will be added to the prospect/member's account and a warning message will be seen beneath the mobile phone field on both the prospect/member's user settings and in the follow up/direct message window.

When a phone number is marked as invalid, that prospect/member will not be eligible for SMS campaigns (not included in approximate recipients), text automation will not send, and the text option will not be available for staff when completing a follow up or direct message. Once the prospect/member's mobile phone number is updated in the Club OS application, the mobile number will be updated to valid and text messages will become available again to send to the prospect/member.
