MyClubAccess Mobile App 

Custom App Icons

The MyClubAccess mobile app now supports adding a custom icon to reflect your club's brand once a member has logged into the app. This is supported on both Apple and Android for a small additional cost. Reach out to support or your CSM today to get this enabled for your club!

Improved Referral Options

The referral section of the mobile app can now be customized to reflect the specific benefit that you offer your members when they add a referral. Contact our support team or your CSM today to get your referral form updated.  

The referral section of the mobile app can also now be optionally disabled if you do not want to collect referrals. 

Detailed Check-in History 

Users can now view detailed check-in history for themselves or their family members in the mobile app. 

Bug Fixes & Improvements 

  • Improved the user experience when submitting multiple referrals via the mobile app. 
  • Addressed an issue that was preventing referrals added via the MyClubAccess mobile app from being opted into email. 
  • Addressed an issue that was causing club hours to be cut off on certain devices when viewing the club's information page. 
  • Improved the user experience when interacting with the class schedule on the MyClubAccess mobile app. 
  • Improved the handling of social links when displaying social links on the club info page. 
  • Improved the experience in the MyClubAccess mobile app when viewing today's schedule on a family account.  

MMS 

Bug Fixes & Improvements 

  • Addressed an issue preventing the removal of an access freeze while billing is paused. 
  • Addressed an issue causing billing pause fees to be duplicated when removing an access freeze. 
  • Addressed an issue that was causing credit card information to be missing when using mobile browsers to pre-fill payment information during online enrollment. 
  • Addressed an issue causing users to be unexpectedly opted out of email/SMS text communication when syncing from ASF to ClubOS. 

 

 

Bug Fixes & Improvements 

  • Addressed an issue where mobile device verification links would show as invalid. Users are now able to verify their IP address from a different device than the one that they are using to log in. 
  • Resolved an issue where some users were unable to log notes or send follow-up messages on a member or prospect profile.  
  • Addressed an issue that was causing some users to be logged out of ClubOS sooner than expected.
