Does ASF send my past due/Returned members to collections for me?

In order for member information to be sent to a collections agency through My Club Business, you MUST be set up with one of ASF’s partnered agencies. Once that is set up, you will flag Returned accounts in the Returns report in My Club Business which ASF will automatically send to your collections agency.
