Email templates are used to help users who are creating email campaigns save time and stay consistent with campaign content. Users will see two main categories of templates, Saved and Stock. Saved are ones created by Admins from the brand and Stock are ones provided by Club OS. In order to assist in searching for templates, users can use a keyword search or filter by categories. Categories are created by making a tag list and tagging the templates.
Email Template Tag List
To create categories for users to filter on, Admins with access to the 'Marketing' > 'Email Templates' tab can create a list of tags that will be seen in the filter list. To add a new tag, click 'Manage Tags'

The Manage Tags modal that appears will show a list of any existing tags. To add a new Tag, type in the text field and click 'save'.

To delete an existing tag on the list, checkmark the box next to the name and click 'delete'. Upon deleting a tag, the tag will be removed from the filter list and any campaign currently tagged with this tag will be untagged.

Tagging Email Templates
After adding tag(s) to the list, any template in the Saved or Stock Section can be tagged by clicking 'Add Tags' or in the manage menu by clicking the 3 dots in the top-right of the template preview.
In the Add Tags modal that appears, checkmark one or more tags to assign to the selected template and click Save. Once assigned, the tag will appear under the name of the Template in the template preview.
To remove a tag from a template, hover over the tag on the template preview and click the delete (trashcan) icon.
