We know that every customer interaction is a critical opportunity for you to improve brand recognition and loyalty, which is why we now allow you to use your company’s existing domain name for emails sent through Club OS. Additionally, your Email Sender Reputation will be unaffected by any other emails that are sent by @club-os.com.

Once subdomains are chosen, configuration will need to be completed by both the brand and Club OS. Once setup is complete, all emails will be sent from the new subdomains. All outbound emails will still be sent through Club OS and all inbound emails will be delivered to Club OS as intended. 

Examples of subdomains:

 Follow Ups by default send from: messages@messages.club-os.com

Recommended change: messages@team.brandname.com

Email Campaigns by default send from: campaigns@campaigns.club-os.com

Recommended change: campaigns@contact.brandname.com

*brandname is replaced by your company's domain
