How Do I Designate The Date and Time My Blast Email Sends?

Blast Email Campaigns can either be scheduled to send at a designated date and time or can be scheduled to 'Send Now'. After creating the campaign, save and send a test email to see additional options for 'Schedule' and 'Send Now'.

Send Now

If you'd like the campaign to send as soon as possible, select the 'Send Now' option. Upon selecting 'Send Now' you will see a final verification stating "Are you sure you want to activate this campaign? This means the campaign will send as soon as possible". Select 'OK' if you are ready to send the campaign.

Schedule

If you'd like to schedule the campaign for a particular date and time, select the 'Schedule' option. Upon selecting 'Schedule', a new option for 'Select the send time' will appear. Choose the date and time you'd like the campaign to send.

NOTE: The date and time must be at least 5 minutes in the future. 

Once a date and time are set, select 'Schedule Campaign'. You will see a final verification stating "Are you sure you want to activate this campaign? This means the campaign will send on [DATE] at [TIME]". Select 'OK' if you are ready to send the campaign.
