All brands with SMS packages will have phone numbers purchased to allow the ability to text through Club OS. 

Each location will have a single SMS number dedicated to their location for all text follow-ups. The phone number will have an area code that matches the location’s phone number or the next geographically closest available area code. 

If the location has SMS campaigns enabled, then there will be additional phone number(s) dedicated to their location for all text campaigns. These numbers will also match the location’s area code or next closest.
